Am now at the Lantern Festival in Central Market&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-413\" title=\"Phone Post\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvsmith.net.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/phone_post.jpg\" alt=\"Phone Post\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvsmith.net.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/wpid-1284725813442.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvsmith.net.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/wpid-1284725813442.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Update 1: It is almost 9:00 pm now but still no lantern action except boring speeches and the same multi-cultural dances over and over again. Can&#8217;t they be more creative for once? To make matters worse, some idiot is shouting &#8220;1Malaysia Boleh&#8221; on stage now. Lol<\/p>\n<p>Update 2: 9:30pm. A crow on the tree above  me just poo poo. Missed my phone by a few inches. Wait&#8230; Got fireworks all of a sudden&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvsmith.net.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/wpid-2010-09-17-21.13.20.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvsmith.net.my\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/wpid-2010-09-17-21.13.20.jpg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"500\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Update 3: Almost 10:00 pm and the lantern parade to Petaling Street begins. Very few lantern bearers. I think many kids fell asleep waiting. I&#8217;m out of here.
