But there was little sun this morning. More rain instead. Turns out to be a good time to try the new Manfrotto ML360H Hybrid LED light. To simulate early morning sun creeping in behind curtains, I placed a single unit on top of a jam jar on the dining table.<\/p>\n<p>Skimming or scrapping light brings out the texture of food in general and is particularly effective for pastries.
