It is nice to see a night market stall operated solely by women, selling and replacing covers of various smartphones. The replacement of the phone covers and cases is not as easy as one would imagine.
While waiting, this lady customer with the tattoo, told me she got her ink done for RM450 at Sunway. I think tattoo artists should also set up stalls at the night markets. At the same venue, I saw a hairdresser with her own air-conditioned trailer.

It was one of those nights when the moon was super-sized. Orangey, hazy but dim at about 9 pm. So big you can see the craters with your naked eyes. Contrary to popular belief, the best time to obverse the moon is not during a full moon. Details are more pronounced when you can see the ‘divide’, as with last night
Unfortunately, by the time I found this Putrajaya bridge to juxtapose, it has already risen higher and became smaller. This is a composite image with two lenses (one tele and one wide) with the moon at the same spot.

I was exploring Burmah Road in Georgetown when I noticed a quaint little mosque. Outside it and behind a table was a man collecting tithes. Started a conversation with the man and found out that the mosque is over a 100 years old. Sensing my fascination with vintage architecture, he took me for a guided tour of the premise that he is rightly proud of.
As it turns out, this kind stranger is Haji Yasin and he is the Imam of Masjid Tengah. I found out later, from others, that he is also a beloved Indian-Muslim community leader. I am humbled by such friendliness and hospitality shown by a complete stranger. He even offered to take me to a nearby mamak shop so he could buy me a drink and chat, even though he is fasting. I told him his thought is already a big treat for me.
