An unexpected, spectacular sunset at the KL Kite Park. Good thing I brought along a f1.4 lens while flying kites 🙂

The Kite Park
There I was flying a kite, minding my own business, on a Sunday evening. A breathtaking sunset had to unfold…
Silhouettes in the wind. You know a good sunset when you see one.

Kicks and Kites. ISO performance is pretty decent considering it was already quite dark around 7:30 pm. Metropolitan Park is located along the MRR2, near Kepong.

For this little girl, the long walk was definitely worth the extra effort. Here, she can command her kite, challenge the adults and master the wind.
For those not into kites, the nearby lake offers a soothing retreat from the city.
This city is not that far, as you can see in the background. This friendly and pretty stranger volunteered a pose. The halo effect is an artifact of this particular art filter and lighting.
