Chilling Out

After missing the burgers, I decided to chill out with a Bundaberg at Chilli Rush.

I really like the Pana-Leica 25mm lens because it has character. It is sharp wide open, even sharper than my Voigtländers at 1.4. But what makes it stand out is that the image pops. Three-dimensional, vibrant and showy.

Backstreet Brew

Combine straight off-the pan crispy fried chicken with egg yolk-soaked santan (coconut milk) rice and we have a simple but delicious dish that drives so many people into a dark back lane.

Bumbung is along Jalan 21/17, Sea Park, Petaling Jaya.

Bumbung’s very hectic open-air kitchen and big frying pan were equally dark. I was fascinated how a simple omelette can attract so many diners.
