Liquid Man Of Steel

The goalkeeper is already on his knees. Stretching his long arm and tattooed wrist, he punches the ball over the crossbar. A dramatic save from the man of steel. The Liquid Man of Steel.

Like everyone else I like the sunny days but I don’t despair when it rains. Rainy days present interesting and challenging opportunities for the lens. Like struggling with an umbrella with one hand and camera with the other.

This picture is actually raindrops rolling off the edge of my umbrella as I walked in the rain. I rotated the image vertically. Turn your phone or tablet upside down to view and you will get the picture.

Opening Salvo

The sky fired a couple of warning drops but no one took her seriously. Angered, she released a burst of big, hard-hitting drops. The smell of rain hitting the asphalt is enough to send pedestrians fleeing for shelter. Me? I ran with the camera  firing skywards.
