Where is the best Nasi Lemak in Klang? Restoran Shanmuga in Berkeley Garden. Served hot in a packet, it goes very well with their crispy fried chicken and iced milk tea. For foreign viewers, Nasi Lemak is rice cooked with fragrant coconut milk and garnished with chilli paste, anchovies, peanuts and a hard-boiled egg. The packed version comes wrapped in banana leaf and old newspaper. Yumz.
Basil Chicken Fried Rice at EcoGreen Restaurant in TTDI. Organic brown rice & organic chicken fried with fragrant basil leaves and a free-range egg. Just pure aroma and natural taste.
