My favourite cake is Delicious Restaurant’s “Coconut Cake with Fresh Coconut Filling covered with Hawaiian Coconut Shavings”, It tastes really awesome but I like it for another reason.

I like how it makes me think about shapes, colours, textures and translucency, looking at it each time. Any cake that makes a man think before biting into it, is a good cake

A single colour-temperature calibrated ML-360 light was placed diagonally across the dining table. I didn’t have to desaturate or adjust the colours later. It is a “black and white” image photographed in colour.
